Located in the heart of Doylestown, Advanced Kenpo Systems remains a family owned and operated business, dedicated to quality self defense and Martial Arts instruction. We emphasize a family-friendly and comfortable learning environment for both adults and children. As well as teaching students to defend themselves, we teach how to avoid conflict through self-confidence and assertiveness.

Children's classes are divided according to age and skill level, so that each student’s training begins immediately in the best possible environment for them. Each member of your family can benefit from learning Kenpo. We encourage family and friends to participate together for added convenience and support.

Our curriculum is based on Ed Parker’s American Kenpo System. The system emphasizes techniques that teach patterns of motion that can be used in a wide range of self-defense scenarios. American Kenpo is a modern art that changes and adapts for the person who uses it. For this reason it is both very easy to learn and very difficult to completely master. We encourage you to come in and watch or participate in a class, look over our facilities, ask questions of our staff, and acquaint yourself with our unique method of instruction.
